He came home first

Immanuel was born and raised in Havre de Grace and graduated from The John Carroll School in Bel Air in 2018. On March 25, 2025, he walked back into its gym with his mother, Nitrease Quickley — a Harford County educator — to launch this foundation.

“Education has always been a cornerstone of my family's values.”

Our mission

Our mission is to enhance others by positively inspiring youth and families to have faith to focus on what is possible by providing resources and support.

Our starting five

Every program lines up behind five commitments. Together they cover the whole kid — not just the jump shot.

    Faith

Helping young people and families believe in what's possible.

  2. 2

    Education

Backing young people in the classroom as well as on the court.

  3. 3

    Athletics

IQ5 Elite youth basketball and IQ camps that teach the game the right way.

  4. 4

    Mentorship

Guidance from Immanuel, his family and the foundation for young people on and off the court.

  5. 5

    Community

Coat drives, back-to-school festivals and free health screenings at home.
